Prior to the commencement of a job, a Job Safety & Environment Analysis (JSEA) is performed by the crew at the worksite. The JSEA is used to ensure each job is carried out according to the received job sheet, the clients specifications as set out at the pre-start meeting, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and industry standards.
Internal audits/job site audits are performed on site weekly by our Operations Supervisor. These audits are done to ensure that all policies, procedures and work methods are being adhered to.
We also use the information obtained on both the JSEA and audit forms to improve current work methods and procedures to better service our clients, improve safety , maintain best practice and adhere to industry standards.
